In plain English: Our site is ours, provider content is theirs, your content stays yours. Tell us if something infringes your rights and we will act.
- Site content, design, database structure and software are owned by Curriculum Compass or its licensors.
- Provider names, logos, product descriptions and imagery remain the property of their owners and are used to describe and link to independent products.
- User-submitted content remains yours. You grant us the limited licence described in clause 11 of the Terms of Use so we can host and display it.
- You must have the rights to anything you upload or publish.
Removal
We remove or restrict content where a valid infringement claim is made. Report it through the Copyright Complaint Process.
Repeat infringement
We record substantiated infringement claims against an account. Repeat infringement leads to enforcement under the Acceptable Use Policy, up to termination. Enforcement decisions can be appealed within 14 days through the same appeal process.
