- 1Open Membership from your account menu.
- 2Choose Manage billing.
- 3Update your card or billing details in the portal.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Card numbers are never stored by Tivoraly.
If a payment has failed, updating your card in the portal is usually enough to restore access.
